Someone once said that an argument can’t beat an experience. With God this is especially true. All that we will reach if we argue about someone is that the stronger arguer will dominate the weaker. It will not help the stronger or the weaker to actually experience the subject of the argument. To actually experience someone, you have to meet that person and learn to know him/her over a period of time. The same applies concerning God.
I only really discovered God when I began to experience Him as a rational, living, personal and moral Being and not just ‘something’ to argue about. If you cannot relate to God in such a way, I challenge you to change your thinking!
